Omega-3s are a brain's best friend!

Fish! You may be saying “My child won’t eat fish” but the trick is to keep serving it and start with some milder fish like wild-caught cod. I simply season with lemon, dill, and salt and my daughter, Brooklyn, loves it. Those Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for brain function and growth!

Full-fat plain yogurt. If you can find grass-fed, even better (more Omega-3s). Fat is essential for the brain to grow and perform at its best. I let Brooklyn be the chef and creator of her yogurt. Some berries, chopped cashews, a drizzle of her farmer’s honey, and even some chia seeds (MORE Omega-3s!) on top. It’s pretty, delicious AND will fuel her brain!
